INTRODUCTION:
This machine can rotate by itself. For longer workpiece, when beveling 0~45°, there is no need to rotate the workpiece. It can keep production continually. The saw blade driving adopts German SEW brand motor and reducer. Saw blade hydraulic automatic tensioning device keeps saw blade stable during high-speed rotation. Therefore, it can extend life of saw blade. Laser alignment function and advanced-and-retreated structure can be slightly adjusted by hand, which is convenient for cutting. Automatic coolant compatible with blade could make the blade lubricant and reduce the temperature of blade. It adopts PLC control. Sawing linear velocity can be adjusted by transducer motor. Sawing feeding speed can be adjusted by hydraulic stepless adjusting.
APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
The machine is used for sawing H-shape steel, box beams, channel steel, angle steel and round steel in the industries of steel structure, bridge, three dimensional garages and petrol platform.
COMPISITION:
The machine is mainly composed of sawing frame, worktable, vertical feeding device, vertical pressing device, rotation worktable, carriage for feeding workpiece, hydraulic system, cooling system and electric system etc.
